As the year begins to soften into winter’s quiet and reflective embrace, we gather in loving sisterhood to reconnect with our inner wisdom, honour our journey through 2025, and meet ourselves with gentleness and intention.
This month’s Women’s Circle invites you into the sacred space of cacao medicine and heart-opening, supporting a deep moment of reflection, integration, and renewal at the threshold of the coming year.
Held under the New Moon in January, this gathering offers a tender pause — a chance to release what no longer serves, to celebrate what has blossomed, and to gently open the heart to what is yet to emerge.
Together we will sit in connection, support one another’s paths, and welcome the soft clarity that this lunar cycle brings.

Opening Ritual
Arriving in presence, grounding into the body, and opening our shared sacred space with candlelight, cacao, and heartfelt intention.
Guided Meditation
A gentle inward journey into winter’s stillness — resting in the quiet of the New Moon, softening the mind, and listening to the subtle wisdom of the heart.
Breathwork & Somatic Embodiment
Slow, nourishing practices to settle the nervous system, open the heart space, and support integration between what has been and what is beginning to emerge.
Journaling Ritual
A sacred pause to reflect, integrate, and gently release what no longer belongs — creating space to plant new intentions aligned with your heart’s truth.
Cacao Ceremony
Heart-opening ceremonial cacao to warm the body, deepen connection, and support intention-setting from a place of softness, presence, and love.
Sharing Circle
A held, intimate space to speak your intentions aloud (or sit in silence), allowing your inner truth to be witnessed in sisterhood.
Mantra & Closing Blessing
We close with mantra and gentle sound, sealing our intentions into the New Moon and blessing the seeds we carry forward.
