“When we heal ourselves, we heal the generations before us and after us.”

About Me

I’m Lisa — a women’s mentor, space holder, yoga teacher, and light worker.
I guide women back home to their bodies, their wisdom, and their truth.
My path into this work began long before I ever knew what healing meant.

My Story

My journey started at four years old, when I was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer.
Those two years were filled with chemotherapy, medications, surgeries, and the removal of one kidney. I survived — but the trauma stayed alive inside my body.

By the time I was nine, I began experiencing acne, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, and deep body shame. In my teenage years everything intensified: PCOS, irregular cycles, emotional suppression, and profound disconnection. As my family fell apart, I turned to binge drinking and numbing myself, feeling more lost than ever.

At 18, I reached a breaking point. My body was overwhelmed with chronic symptoms, and my spirit felt empty. After ignoring so many wake-up calls, I realized there was only one direction left:

I turned inward.

The Healing Journey

Choosing to listen to my body was the beginning of everything.

At first, it was uncomfortable — more acne, more anxiety, more pain — because I finally allowed myself to feel. But this was the doorway to my healing.

I immersed myself in:

food as medicine

detoxification

yoga & meditation

breathwork

nature therapy

energy healing

light & sound healing

trauma and somatic work

I followed my intuition rather than medication, trusting the wisdom within me. I consumed hundreds of books on healing and even studied Public Health to understand the body more deeply.

This became a 9-year healing journey, a full soul cycle.
Today, the Year of the Snake marks its completion — a chapter of rebirth, remembrance, and returning home.

Doctors now call me a miracle.
But I see it differently:
my body always knew the way.

“Your body is never working against you. It’s always protecting, always guiding. The moment you begin to listen, you’ll start to understand what it’s been trying to teach you all along.”

What I Learned

Through this decade of healing I discovered:

  • the body is infinitely intelligent

  • symptoms are messages, not mistakes

  • healing happens on emotional, physical, and soul levels

  • we carry ancestral stories that long to be transmuted

  • everything in life is happening for us

  • God & the universe offer only blessings, even when they come disguised as challenges

My journey was raw, humbling, and deeply transformative.
But it was also the greatest gift I have ever received.

It brought me back to:

  • my essence

  • my feminine wisdom

  • my heart

  • my authentic self

My Mission

Today, I am here to walk beside women as they remember who they are.
To hold space for their healing, their awakening, and their rebirth.
To guide them back to the wisdom they already carry within.

This is the work I was born to do.

Work with me

 Certifications

  • I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Akhanda Yoga Institute in Rishikesh at Sri Jungle Ashram.
During this training, I studied traditional Hatha Yoga from the Aidi Nath Shiva lineage, a path rooted in balance, awareness, and wholeness.

Each class integrated asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), mantra, meditation, and philosophy, offering a holistic approach that unites body, mind, and spirit.

  • I am currently completing my Somatic Educator for Women Certification with Maanee Chrystal at The Somatic Institute for Women. This internationally accredited training focuses on feminine embodiment, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed facilitation, and authentic leadership. It supports women in reconnecting to their sensuality, emotional intelligence, and innate body wisdom.

  • I am a certified Akashic Records Practitioner (Levels I & II) through Valeria Kechichian. This training has deepened my ability to access the Akashic Records, a sacred energetic library of the soul, to provide guidance, clarity, and insight for personal growth and transformation.

  • I hold a Master of Science in Sustainability, where I focused on the connection between human and environmental well-being. My studies deepened my understanding of how harmony with nature supports collective and personal healing, a perspective that continues to shape my holistic approach today.

  • I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, specializing in Environmental Health. This background has given me a strong foundation in the science of health, ecology, and prevention, bridging modern research with holistic, integrative practices.
